Low side view of a twin engined jet airliner flying from left to right at a low altitude with the flaps extended behind the wings and nose raised quite sharply, suggesting it has just taken off. The plane is mostly dark blue with a dark grey belly, and white "Vietnam Airlines" titles on the upper forward fuselage, partially obscured by the engine. A large golden flower adorns the upper forward fuselage, the tail, and the engine pods. The registration "VN-A142" is visible in white on the upper rear fuselage, and in black under the left wing. Behind the plane, the sky is an intense blue, with wisps of cloud in the top left corner.

The body is mostly white, with thick dark blue diagonal bands around the rear fuselage and tail boom. There are three orange waves on the tail, above the shrouded fan. There are black "Pilots" titles across the cabin doors. Above the cabin doors, a white pod extends from the upper side of the fuselage. In the background, green grass runs off to trees in the distance, with a light aircraft floating through the golden sunset on final approach to the runway.
