Side view of a high-winged, twin propellor-engined aitrliner moving at high speed from right to left. The plane is mostly purple, with yellow and red bands around the rear fuselage, and a white tail extending down over the tail cone. There are large white "flybe" titles over 5 white dots on the forward fuselage, with white "Faster than road or rail" titles on the outside of the purple engine pods. There are diagonal "flybe" titles in 2 shades of blue on the tail , over 5 dots of varying colours. The registration "G-JEDP" is on the tailcone in black. Grass fills the foreground, while in the background, a pair of large grey hangars dominate the centre of the screen, with a green metal structure on the left of the frame, and an out-of-focus terminal building on the right. Above everything, the sky is a flat grey.

Side view of a 3 engined jet airliner with the engines mounted on the rear fuselage, taxiing from left to right, following a yellow line off a runway. The plane has a white top half and grey lower half, the two seperated by a thick blue line running along the cabin windows. There are red "Yak40" titles under the cockpit windows, in a Polish script. There is a square design on the tail, made up of 4 squares, 2 red and 2 white, with the number "037" at the base of the tail in red. In the background, grass leads off into the distance, with the bottom of a white building filling the top left corner, with several cars parked under an overhang at the front.

This aircraft is now preserved in a museum in Krakow.

In the background, the noses of a couple of blue planes can be seen, also parked facing to the right, while taxiways and grassed sections lead off to trees and buildings disappearing into haze in the far distance.

The planes body is white, with a large, blue, angled letter "e" with a red traingle by the tail, on the rear fuselage, with a smaller version of this on the yellow tail. In the background, people can be seen walking around behind metal fences below the planes body, with various vehicles behind them, while above the plane, the sky is a flat white grey.

Closeup of the tail of a jet airliner parked facing to the lower left corner, with a white set of airstairs, with two-tone blue stripes and "Flughafen Frankfurt Main" titles attached to the open rear door. The plane is mostly white, with an orange, red, and blue stripe running along the body, while the white tail has a red and blue letter "U". In the background, a couple of white airliners can be seen on the middle-right of the frame, next to a brown building that stratches across the middle, under a misty grey sky.

Side view of the tail of a jet airliner parked facing to the right. The plane is mostly white, with an orange and gold stripe running along the body, sweeping up in to the white tail, where it is overlaid with a golde circle outlined in orange, with the orange and blue head of a bird (actiually an image of the Ancient Egyptian God Horus) facing to the right. In the bacground, the tail of a blue airliner can be seen over the top of a terminal building on the left of the frame, with grass leading off to trees and grey buildings in the far distance.

Closeup of the tail of a 3 engined jet airliner parked facing to the left. The top of the fuselage is red, with a thick grey and black stripe seperating the top from the white belly. The tail is all red, with the white outline of a circle with a bold letter "N", and a triangle pointing to the, erm, North West. In the foreground, a red and white metal barrier stretches across the lower part of the frame. In the background, another couple of planes in the same colour scheme can be seen, with road bridges and hills behind them.

The plane is almost entirely white, with black "Boeing 767" titles (only the last few characters visible) on the rear fuselage, the small black letters "KDH" on the tail cone, and large black "SAS" titles with a gold drop shadow on the tail. In the background, a brown and grey terminal building fills most of the lower frame, while several dark blue and grey planes are scattered amongst some other buildings in the distance, withtower blocks and other tall buildings vanishing in to haze beyond that, under a bright if hazy sky.

Close up of the tail of a twin engined jet airliner with the engines mounted on the rear fuselage, parked facing to the lower left, as seen from slightly above. The plane is mostly white, with an EU flag (dark blue field with a ring of golden stars) on the engine pods, and a blue and red swoosh running up the tail, overlaid with "air liberte" titles in blue, with red accent marks. The background is fill with grey concrete slabs, some with white or yellow lines for planes to follow when taxiing.

I was hoping to narrow down the date or registration by seeing which were delivered with the “beaver tail”, but apparently most of them had this.

Closeup of the tail of a 3 engined jet airliner taxiing to the right. The plane is mostly white, with a brown and black stripe running along the middle of the body, and a red tail with a large white cross in the middle. The upturned wingtips have "MD-11" in black outlined in brown, while the downturned wingtips are red. In the background, a plane in similar colours can be seen parked facing away from the camera, towards a grey and black terminal building, under a grey sky.

Closeup of the tail of a propellor-engined airliner taxiing to the left. The plane has a white fuselage, with a dark blue tail, with the white outline of a circle overlaid with an angled red letter "A", pointing to the North-East. There is a German flag (equal black, red, and yellow horizontal bars) outlined in white at the top of the tail, and the last 3 letters of the registration "MUC" at the lower front of the tail. In the background, black tarmac taxiways and grass lead up to the black runway at the top of the frame.

Closeup of the tail of a jet airliner taxiing from left to right. The plane's rear fuselage and tail are covered in a series of geometric designs, mostly triangles but with some quadrilaterals in there as well, in various shades of brown, grey, and cream. In the background, grassed areas lead off to large grey buildings, with a couple of planes parked in front of them, under vivd blue skies.
