Social Media Update.

Right, hnow I’ve got that out of the way, I’ll continue.

Long story short, all sorts of problems have come up with installation of a Fediverse server, and although I’m slowly getting there, it might take slightly longer than I planned.

On the bright side, I’ve tried out several alternates to the popular Mastodon, but most of them were almost completely… wrong for my purposes.

I think I’ve found a slight bug in mastodon which renders the whole thing unuseable, so I’m playing with Glitch (a Masto fork), just waiting for that to install, so let’s see how that goes.

In the meantime, I won’t be able to access most of the accounts I follow, because I can’t import follow lists, so I’m afraid you’ll have to do without (most of) my blatherings for a while yet.
