On This Day 18th February 1997.

Side view of a white, 3 engined jet airliner taxiing from right to left. There is a thin blue line running along the body under the passenger cabin windows, and a white, 5 pointed star in a blue circle with thin bars on the side on the engine pods mounted on the sides of the rear fuselage. A black runway stretches across the bottom of the frame, with slightly brown grass separating the runway from the taxiway this plane is on. In the background, a large grey terminal building stretches across the frame, with long yellow airbridges stretching in all directions.

Tails Tuesday 18th February 2025.

Close-up of the white and blue tail of a white jet airliner taxiing from right to left. The plane's tail starts as plain white on the left, and a series of dark blue blocks start appearing, growing larger and more numerous as they move to the right, until the fill the back end of the tail. The registration "YL-BAN" is on the rear fuselage, just aft of the cabin rear door and a small Latvian flag ( thick red bars on the top and bottom, with a thinner white bar across the middle.) Concrete apron fills the foreground, with a small building site behind the planes tail, and the forward fuselage of a white and grey jet airliner with the words "Kuwait Air Force" on the side further back.
