On This Day 25th April 2017.

Side view of a white, 4 engined jet airliner taxiing from left to right with flaps extended from the rear of the wings, suggesting it has just landed. The plane has purple "Virgin Atlantic" titles on the upper mid-fuselage, with an image of a woman wearing a red mini-dress flying through the air and trailing a Union Flag positioned under the cockpit windows on the forward fuselage. The tail is a bright metallic red, with seemingly hand-drawn "Virgin" titles. The engine pods slung under the wings are the same metallic red. The squared-off up-turned wingtips have a waving modified Union Flag. Green grass fills the foreground, with trees dominating the background, under grey-blue skies.

Frankfurt Friday 25th April 2024.

Almost head-on view of a white, 3 engined jet airliner facing slightly off to the right of the camera, just a few metres away from it's parking spot. There are blue "Condor" titles on the upper forward fuselage, and the blue outline of a circle with a stylised blue flying bird in the middle, on the sides of the nose under the cockpit side windows. The tail and the centre engine pod are a bright yellow. Grey concrete apron fills the foreground and most of the background, marked with yellow lines for the planes to follow and white lines for other vehicles. A pale, sandy brown terminal building stretches across the frame, with blue airbridges hanging off the side, some attached to white jet airliners. Lime green trucks and white buses are crossing the frame in the background, with more vehicles parked in the shadows of the other planes.
