On This Day  26th March 1993.

Slightly fuzzy side view of a twin engined BizProp parked facing to the right. The plane is mostly white, with a brown and red stripe running along the body, wing-tips, and wing mounted engine pods, getting wider as it moves to the rear. There is a black and red stripe running along the front and top of the tail. The partial registration "OY-AR…" is visible on the lower rear fuselage. Concrete apron fills the foreground, with a large grassed area fills most of the background, with a runway visible in the distance.

Winglet Wednesday 26th March 2025.

Closeup of the white, upturned wingtip of a jet airliner taxiing from right to left. The wingtip has a thick white stripe running along it's length, with a white cross in the middle. Extended flaps under the wing suggests that the plane is about to take off. The planes body in the background is all white, with the registration "HB-JBE" on the lower rear fuselage in black. Above the body, grey-blue sky fills the rest of the frame.

HB-JBE, Bombardier CSeries CS100 (not An Airbus A220, this was built before that deal was made), Swiss, lining up for departure on Runway 23 Left at Manchester Airport, 5th July 2018, as seen from the SouthSide mounds.
