On This Day 28th June 1996.

Side view of a twin engined jet airliner taxiing from right to left. The plane has blue upper surfaces, with a grey belly, separated by a white stripe. There are small, white "KLM" titles under a stylised white crown on the upper forward fuselage, repeated in blue in a larger form on the white tail. Slightly yellowing grass lines a black runway in the foreground, while a grey terminal building with large yellow airbridges hanging off the side stretches across most of the background from the left, with a couple of grey and dark blue jet airliners in front. Grey sky fills the rest of the frame.

Gat On A Sat 28th June 2025.

View from underneath of a twin engined jet airliner flying almost directly overhead at a low altitude, with flaps extended from the rear of the wings, undercarriage already tucked away, and the nose raised, suggesting it has just taken off. The plane is almost entirely white, with bright orange engines mounted under the wings, as well as bright orange supports connecting the flaps to the rest of the wing, with 3 on each side. The black registration "G-EZAV" is under the left wing, out-board of the engine pod, between the 2 outer flap supports. Hazy grey sky fills the rest of the frame.
