Frankfurt Friday 8th August 2025.

Side view of a twin engined jet airliner with the engines mounted on the sides of the rear fuselage, taxiing from left to right. The plane is mostly white, with a yellow, orange, and red stripe running along the body under the passenger cabin windows, overlaid with blue "Aero Lloyd" titles on the lower forward fuselage. A similar stripe runs across the engine pods, and diagonally up the tail, where there are more "Aero LLoyd" titles. Metal luggage containers, white mobile airstairs, and yellow baggage loading belts litter the foreground, along with some other airport furniture, while a large, black and grey terminal stretches across the frame in the background, looming over everything else. Blue sky fills the rest of the frame.

Bonus Photo of the Day 8th August 2025.

Side view of a twin jet-engined, military light bomber taxiing from left to right along a black runway with it's wings folded up. The plane is covered in an olive-green and grey camouflage, with blue and red roundels on the lower forward fuselage, under the cockpit, and under the outer wing panels, the latter visible because the wings are raised into their stowed position. There is a blue and red fin flash on the tail, next to the grey number "864". The cockpit canopy is in the slid back position, with both crew members visible in their tandem seats. Green grass lines the runway in the foreground, with a large grey building dominating the background on the right, with rolling, tree covered hills fading into the hazy grey sky.
