On This Day 1 8th July 1995.

Rear side view of a twin engined jet airliner taxiing from right to left. The plane is mostly white, with large, blue, billboard-style "RyanAior" titles next to a blue, winged Irish harp. The tail is the same blue, with a larger, yellow, winged Irish harp. Grey concrete apron fills the frame, with a white, 4 engined jet airliner facing the camera, being pushed backwards by a blue tug in the top right corner, it's right wing stretching across the top of the frame.

Side view of a single engined light aircraft parked on tarmac facing to the right. The plane is mostly white, with a black belly, and a thick yellow stripe running along the body, over-laid with the black registration "G-BKAE" on the rear fuselage, the last letter partially obscured by the slightly up-turned wing-tip. White spats cover the fixed main landing gear, under the wings. A man with short dark hair and beard, wearing a blue top, can be seen in the cockpit, possibly running an engine test, as the propellor on the nose looks to be slightly blurred. Black tarmac apron fills the foreground, with a green hangar on the right of the frame in the background, with cars parked behind the plane on the left, with brown brick buildings beyond that. Flat white sky fills the rest of the frame.
