Side view of a white, 4 engined jet airliner with the engines mounted in pairs on the sides of the rear fuselage. There are large white "Tarom" titles on the sides of the lower fuselage. The tail is blue, with a large white circle in the middle containing a blue flying bird. Black tarmac taxiways fill the foreground and most of the background, with wide strips of grey concrete marking the edges of the taxiways, often with grassed areas beyond the concrete. The rear fuselage of a very large jet airliner with an orange tail can be seen in the top left corner, taxiing out of frame.

The plane is mostly white, with a blue stripe running along the body, covering the passenger cabin windows, and black "IcelandAir" titles on the upper forward fuselage. The black registration is on the upper rear, next to a small Icelandic flag, with black text "Boeing 737-400" on the lower rear. The white tail has a pair of blue twisted ribbons, vaguely resembling a letter "F". Black taxiway marked with red and yellow lines fill the foreground, with more black taxiways wending their way through islands of green grass, outlined by grey concrete, some of which have tall lighting poles with red and white banded bases reaching out of the top of the frame, in the background. Trees and tall buildings are slowly being swallowed up by grey haze in the distance.

Black taxiway fills the foreground, with large green grass islands surrounded by more black taxiways in the background, with buildings and another plane in the distance being swallowed up in grey haze.
