Side view of a high-winged, twin engined jet airliner parked facing to the left on a black runway. The plane is largely white, with a twisted red and blue ribbon on the upper forward fuselage, just aft of the cockpit, and dark blue "British Airways" titles on the lower fuselage, below the wings. The black registration "OY-NCM" is on the side of the rear fuselage, just aft of the rear cabin door. The belly is dark blue, as are the engine pods hanging under the wings. The tail is also white, with diagonal red, blue, and white bands that come to a point part way up the front of the tail. Green grass fills the foreground, and much of the background, with a couple of grey hangars in the distance, under blue-grey sky.

Side view of a rather dilapidated, bare metal, 4 propellor-engined airliner (with the engines removed!) lying on blocks on the floor. The nose-wheel is slightly dropped down, and resting on another block. The metal fuselage appears to be torn around the wing root, probably where the wing was removed to transport it here. The frame around the cockpit windows appears to have been painted white, which looks a bit odd with the rest of it being in a bare metal finish. Fluffy grey and white clouds fill most of the frame behind.

Frankfurt Friday 3rd July 2026.

Side view of a 3 engined jet airliner being towed from left to right across the frame. The plane is almost entirely white, with dark blue "Lufthansa" titles on the upper forward fuselage, and the black registration "D-ADJO" next to a small German flag on the lower rear fuselage. The last two letters of the registration ("JO")are repeated on the open nose-wheel doors. The plane's belly is grey, while, the engine pods under the wings are a pale grey-blue. The tail is dark blue, with a yellow circle containing a stylised image of a dark blue flying bird. Grey concrete apron fills the foreground, with a yellow baggage truck and a white and blue mobile set of airstairs parked at the bottom of the frame.

Rear side view of a twin engined jet airliner parked facing to the right, nose-in to a terminal building. The plane is mostly white, with a blue and orange stripe running along the body, covering the passenger cabin windows. There are large, blue "Hapag-Lloyd" titles on the upper forward fuselage, with smaller, blue "A310-300" text below. The black registration "D-AHLC" is on the upper rear fuselage, next to a small German flag. The tail is bright orange, with a stylised, angular, blue, letter "H" in the middle. A yellow baggage loader sits in the middle of the foreground, next to a closed cargo door in the lower rear fuselage. A white terminal building, bathed in a golden wash of light from the sun coming in from low on the left, fills the background, under pale blue sky.

Side view of a very large, white and green, 4 engined jet airliner facing to the left but being pushed back to the right by a lime green tug attached to the main wheel by a long orange pole. The plane is mostly white, with a thick green stripe running along the body, covering the passenger windows on the lower deck, and a grey belly, with white piping. The tail is mostly green, with 2 thick white stripes in the middle. The engine pods under the wings are grey, with a thick green stripe. There are red "Cathay Pacific" titles on the upper forward fuselage, between the upper and lower deck windows. A brown building stretches across the frame from the right in the background, with a white, 3 engined jet airliner just taxiing behind it. Trees line the horizon, under grim grey skies.
