A white airport bus is following a cargo loader along the roadway marked on the apron in the foreground, with another cargo loader and a baggage truck parked on the right of the roadway, with grey apron filling the rest of the foreground. More grey apron fills most of the background, with a black and grey terminal building stretching into frame from the right in the distance, with a pair of jet airliners parked nose-in to it. Another twin-engined airliner is being towed towards the camera, parallel and to the left of the marked roadway, with yet another airliner parked, facing to the left, on the left of the frame, it's nose and forward fuselage out of frame. A veritable forest of tall lighting poles fill a great deal of the apron in the distance, with trees running from one side of the image to the other beyond that, under grey sky.

The plane is mostly white, with a red panel on the nose that turns in to a red stripe running along the body, a red belly, and the leading edges of the wings and tail also being red. The red registration "G-BEZZ" can be seen on the side of the lower rear fuselage, and can just be made out under the wings. The spinning white propellor at the front has red stripes at the tips, which are smeared into blurs. A white haired man wearing sunglasses and a blue jacket is sitting in the pilots seat, looking at his instruments. Black tarmac fills the background.

There are white "KLM" titles under a stylised white crown on the upper forward fuselage, repeated in a larger form in blue on the white tail, above the centre engine which runs through the lower part of the tail. The titles are also repeated in blue on the white engine pods under the wings. There are smaller, "Royal Dutch Airlines" titles on the white stripe on the lower forward fuselage, under the white "KLM" titles. Black asphalt apron fills the foreground, marked with red and yellow lines. Patches of green grass, outlined with grey concrete, are scattered around the background, surrounded by black taxiways, a couple of those grass patches having tall lighting poles with red and white bands around the bases in the middle. Misty grey sky fills the rest of the frame.
