The nose and forward fuselage of a large, military jet bomber aircraft, mounted on a red metal cradle, and pointed to the right of the frame. The remnant of the plane is mostly covered in a faded grey and brown camouflage scheme, with a pale grey belly, and a large, blue and red roundel on the side of the fuselage, under the cockpit. A white sign can be seen on the front of the metal cradle, the top reading "Tickets for the Vulcan cockpit", the rest being cut off. Cars can be seen in the background, parked on a large grassed area, with white buildings in the distance on the right, and rolling hills on the left, under grim grey sky.

On This Day 28th October 1993.

Rear view of a three-engined jet airliner, with the engines mounted on the sides and the top of the rear fuselage, parked facing to the right and away from the camera on grey concrete apron. The plane is largely white, with a thick blue stripe running along the body, covering the passenger cabin windows, and a grey lower half. There are dark blue "Armenia" titles on the upper forward fuselage, and the black registration "EK-85536" on the centre engine intake. There is the flag of Armenia in the middle of the white tail, with equal horizontal red-blue-yellow bands. A strip of green grass borders the apron area in the foreground, right at the bottom of the frame, with a large, grey building filling most of the background on the left, with trees and bright but hazy sky on the right.

Side view of a twin engined jet airliner parked facing to the left. The plane is mostly white, with a thin blue stripe running along the lower fuselage, another on the bottom of the tail, and red "Aero France International" titles on the upper fuselage. The registration "F-GEPC" is on the tail cone, just aft of the silver engine pods, which are mounted on the sides of the rear fuselage. Grey and black apron lined with lush green grass on the far side fill the foreground, with a large white building in the background on the right, and trees on the left, all under flat grey sky.

On This Day 3 28th October 1995.

Side view of a very large, 4 engined jet airliner taxiing from left to right along a black taxiway bordered by grass. The plane is almost entirely white, with large blue "Corsair" titles on the upper forward fuselage, the black registration "F-BPVG" on the upper rear, and green and white waves dark blue backdrop on the tail. A couple of airport vehicles in the foreground are on a roadway marked on the apron, waiting for this plane to go past, with grass on either side of them. A large grey hangar with blue "British Airways" titles fills most of the background on the right, with trees and blue sky on the left.

Side view of a high-winged, single-engined light aircraft parked facing to the right on grey asphalt. The plane is almost entirely white, with a large, black perspex fairing over the cockpit, above small gold text "Twinstar Mk III". Just aft of the cockpit, the engine is mounted, facing rearwards, behind the wing, on top of a white fuselage section with the gold word "Kolb", arranged vertically. A long, white, tubular tail boom extends backwards from here, holding the large and angular tail, which has the black registration "G-MYIK" on the side. Aerodynamic white sponsons cover the main landing gear, attached to the lower fuselage immediately aft of the cockpit, with support struts reaching up and out to the wings. The plane is casting a strong shadow on the ground to the right of the frame, suggesting that the sun is somewhere towards the top left corner. A couple of buildings and a few parked cars fill the background, under bright but hazy sky.
