Photo of the Day 26th May 2026.

Side view of a very large, 4 engined jet airliner parked facing to the right on a large section of concrete apron. The plane is almost entirely white, with large, golden "Emirates" titles on the forward fuselage, between the 2 passenger deck windows. A large, diagonal version of the United Arab Emirates flag fills the tail and part of the upper rear fuselage. Grey taxiways and a strip of green grass fills the foreground, with several more jet airliners parked in the background, with trees in the distance, under grey sky.
A6-EVA, Airbus A380-842, Emirates, parked on one of the T2 remote stands at Manchester Airport, as seen from the top of the T1 car park.
I really must find out if this car park is still useable, given the recent shenanigans with T1.
