In the foreground, a large wet patch with puddle is on the ground on the left, although the rest of the ground is bone dry. The plane is casting a strong shadow on the ground, with sunlight coming from just left of overhead. The planes nose-wheel is resting on what looks like a black plastic box, but is actually a very small, remotely controlled tug.
