The rear fuselage fades rapidly from white to yellow, with blue "Channel Islands" titles. The tail is also yellow, with an image of a flying black and yellow bird. The engine pods are yellow, with a white flag with a red cross and a golden insignia in the middle. In the foreground, there are signs planted in the grass, the front faces being orange, all other sides are yellow. In the background, large grass areas are seperated by stretches of tarmac, some of which have red and white barriers with red lights on top, indicating that some of the taxiways are shut. In the foreground, some white seats have been taped together, with some rolls of green material in metal cages are behind them, under the planes nose. Above, part of the roofs structure can be seen, with concrete beams surrounded by metal supports. — D-IGUN, De Haviland DH.89A Dragon Rapide, part of the Air Classik collection, inside Terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport, next to the entrance to the Zuschauerterrasse (Spectator Terraces), 16th October 1993.
Apparently, this had been removed from the roof after being sold to a private owner looking to use as spares to rebuild another Rapide.
