There are 3 people visible in the 2 open cockpits on top of the plane, all bundled up in thick leather, fur-lined flying jackets and leather flying jackets - the pilot in the front cockpit, facing forward and concentrating on flying, as he should do, and 2 crew in the rear who are waving at the crowd. Short green grass fills the foreground, with trees lining the airfield perimeter in the background, under cloudy grey skies.
